Community Arts at the Raritan River Art Walk
Raíces Cultural Center collaborated with the Community Arts Mural Project, Family Arts Movement and Albus Cavus to provide a day of arts and culture along the public Raritan River Art Walk.
Community Eco-Art Project
Program participants of the Our Plastic Waters event first volunteered to clean up a section of the banks of the Raritan River and then work with artist Lisa Bagwell to create community sculptures from the garbage collected in the clean up.
Community Garden - Plaza Vivero
Cultivated section of Plaza Vivero, a community garden that was established on an abandoned property that had been further damaged by Hurricane María. Materials found on the site are integrated into the garden design.
