At the same time, I was again noticed by a familiar record label, LOUD Records, the very label that signed Wu-Tang Clan, Big Pun, Dead Prez, and other artists near and dear to my heart. LOUD was now hosting a contest to release an album on their new imprint, SRC Records. I became a finalist in the contest. And, in one of the most fruitful parts of the process, I would have the opportunity to record a song produced by Grammy winner Jake One. I also filmed my first solo music video, an innovative one at that, featuring 3 versions of myself (or 3 versions of Hip Hop sterotypes) the result - 'Pop Culture Shock'"
